Apache Maiden Basket

My mother is a basket weaver, a burden basket weaver. For many years she was by the side of the young maiden during the sacred coming of age ceremonial, guiding the maiden with her wisdom and love. The ceremony is a gift to the Apache people, it is the way of life. I have connected the three sacred gifts, which I have seen in my life time, these three gifts are my mother, the burden basket, and the Apache Maiden.
